Greame Leversha - Partner & Head of Finance

Graeme Leversha is a seasoned finance professional and chartered accountant with extensive experience in asset management, venture capital, and financial strategy. At Frontier Partners, he oversees financial operations, investment structuring, and strategic financial planning to drive sustainable growth.


With a background spanning ANZ, NZ Funds Management, and merchant banking at Fay, Richwhite & Company, Graeme has been at the forefront of New Zealand’s financial sector. He played a key role in developing the New Zealand Venture Capital Association and founded the NZ Middle East Business Council, where he served as secretary for three years.


Graeme is also a Director of multiple financial and business entities, including the New Zealand Commodities Exchange, Laurium Asset Management, Laurium Partners, and Agricultural Estates Ltd. Academically, Graeme holds an MBA and a Diploma in Business (Finance) from the University of Auckland, as well as a Bachelor of Management Studies (Accounting & Economics) from the University of Waikato. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.

Stephen Willson - Partner & Head of Product

Stephen Willson is an experienced leader and critical thinker with over 30 years of expertise in finance systems, technology, and business management. As Partner - Head of Product & Planning at Frontier Partners, he leads the development and execution of innovative solutions across fintech, digital asset regulation, and fractional ownership models. With a background spanning financial services, telecommunications, technology, FMCG, automotive, and aerospace, Stephen has a strong track record in synthesising complex ideas into actionable frameworks. His expertise includes analysis, planning, problem solving, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and driving change.


Stephen has authored key proposals on digital asset regulation and fractional ownership, helping shape the future of digital finance. He also co-authored the Future Ready Framework, driving thought leadership in emerging financial models. Holding an MBA from Middlesex University, a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering, and a BCom in Economics from the University of Birmingham, Stephen is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
